Clear Path Bible Studies exists to help you study God's Word with confidence. That mission depends on trust — so we keep the information we collect to a minimum, use it only to serve you, and never sell it.

Section 01

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Clear Path Bible Studies ("Clear Path," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal information when you visit our website, contact us, or join our email list. By using our site, you agree to the practices described here.

If anything below is unclear, please reach out — we're glad to explain it in plain language.

Section 02

Information we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us. Specifically:

  • Contact form. When you send us a message, we collect your name, email address, subject, and the contents of your message.
  • Free resource & email list. When you request a free study resource, we collect your name, email address, and the resource you selected.
  • Basic technical data. Like most websites, our host may automatically log standard information such as browser type, device, and general location, used only to keep the site secure and working well.

We do not request or store payment card details on this site, and we never ask for sensitive personal information beyond what is needed to respond to you.

Section 03

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Respond to your questions, feedback, and requests.
  • Deliver the free resources you ask for.
  • Send occasional Scripture-centered teaching and updates, if you joined our email list.
  • Maintain, protect, and improve our website and resources.

We will never use your information to manipulate, pressure, or mislead you. That isn't our voice, and it isn't our mission.

Section 04

Email & communications

If you join our email list, we'll send you study resources and a short note from time to time. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-out requests promptly.

If you only used the contact form, we'll reply to your message and won't add you to the email list unless you ask us to.

Section 05

Sharing & disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only in these limited situations:

  • Trusted service providers. Tools that help us run the site and send email (for example, our website host and email platform) process data on our behalf under their own privacy commitments.
  • Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our readers or our organization.

Form submissions. Messages and sign-ups submitted through our forms are processed by our website host's form service so we can receive and respond to them. They are handled according to that provider's security and privacy standards.

Section 06

Cookies & analytics

Our site uses only the cookies needed to function and, where enabled, simple analytics that help us understand which resources are most helpful. These tools use aggregated, non-identifying data wherever possible.

You can set your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when they're used; some parts of the site may be less convenient as a result.

Section 07

Retention & security

We keep personal information only as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described here, or as required by law. When it's no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.

We use sensible technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data protected and accessible only to those who need it.

Section 08

Your choices & rights

You are always in control of your information. You may:

  • Access or correct the information we hold about you.
  • Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message.
  • Request deletion of your personal information, subject to any legal obligations.

To make any of these requests, simply contact us and we'll take care of it.

Section 09

Children's privacy

Our website and resources are intended for adults and for use within families and groups under adult guidance. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will remove it.

Section 10

Changes & contact

We may update this Privacy Policy as our resources grow or as laws change. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be made clear on this page.

Questions about your privacy? We'd genuinely like to hear from you — please reach out through our contact form, and a member of our team will reply by email.

This policy is provided for general information and is not legal advice. We recommend reviewing it with qualified counsel before relying on it for compliance in your jurisdiction.
