Ron Givens has spent his career helping people understand things that once felt out of reach — in the cockpit-ready world of elite military units, in federal operations, in college classrooms, and now in the pages of Scripture.

That thread runs through every chapter of his story. As a United States Air Force veteran, he managed training for some of the most demanding, high-performance environments in the military. After the Air Force, he carried that same discipline into federal service — holding a Top Secret clearance and serving as an Organizational Training Manager for the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Energy. As a college-level instructor and curriculum developer, he taught leadership and communication to adult learners. As a Certified Instructional Designer and certified Project Management Professional, he learned to turn objectives into structured, measurable, transformational learning experiences.

Today, Ron channels all of it into Clear Path Bible Studies — a Christian publishing and teaching platform built to make the Bible clear, practical, hopeful, and transformational for everyday believers. He is not simply writing Christian content. He is designing structured Bible-learning experiences that help people understand, remember, apply, and live God's Word.

Ron is a Certified Instructional Designer with decades of experience developing curriculum, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, assessments, classroom instruction, online learning, and structured training programs — all grounded in adult-learning principles and a commitment to making complex subjects understandable, practical, and memorable.

While serving as Manager of Training and Organizational Development for National Able Network, Ron helped lead the Retail Career Lab vocational training initiative delivered to students at the Columbus and Indianapolis Job Corps centers. The program received overwhelmingly positive student engagement and feedback and helped National Able Network earn Atterbury Job Corps’ prestigious Partner of the Year Award.

Job Corps is the nation’s largest free residential education and career-training program for eligible young adults ages 16–24 — helping young people gain hands-on vocational skills, complete their education, and build a stronger path toward long-term independence. As a certified Project Management Professional, Ron has led complex, multi-organizational learning and workforce-development initiatives from concept through implementation — coordinating stakeholders, schedules, resources, instructional development, deployment, evaluation, and continuous improvement for training programs used by thousands of learners.
